Our specialty is getting to grips with difficult issues and major problems.  We rarely deal with more routine issues These are the sorts of issues that others have tackled and failed to resolve and put to bed.

Whilst not strictly true to the academic definition, we are often called in to assist with sorting out issues akin to “Wicked Problem” and with endeavour and perseverance we get them sorted out.
